Dorothy F. Rosier, 82, Brainerd, died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2002, at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd.
She was born Sept. 4, 1920, in Alida to Martin and Lydia (Treichel) Frederickson. She married James Rosier. She was a foster grandparent at the Brainerd State Hospital for more than 20 years. She was a member of Crosby Methodist Church for many years.
Survivors include four daughters, Janice Egan, Brainerd, Jane Carlson, Bloomington, Judy Nyagiro, Robbinsdale, and Brenda Olander, Grenada, Miss.; four brothers, Marvin "Sunny" Frederickson, Marlin "Peter" Frederickson, Donald "Bud" Frederickson, all of Bagley, and Neal Frederickson, Plymouth; a sister, Jean Johnson, Arkansas; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Her husband; four sisters, Pearl, Grace, Lillian, and June; a brother, Ken Frederickson; and one grandson died earlier.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Cascade United Methodist Church in Deerwood with Pastors Wane Souhrada and Steve Josephson officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby.
Friends may call from noon until services Wednesday at the church. Memorials are preferred.
