PIERZ - Herbert M. Virnig, 65-year-old resident of Pierz, Minn., passed away Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009, at St. Cloud Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Pierz. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, and also from 9-10 a.m. on Thursday at the Shelley-Virnig Funeral Chapel in Pierz.
