Doug and Julie Keran submitted this photograph of "our grandson, Caleb, who was born on June 15, seven weeks early. He spent almost a month at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, using a feeding tube until he learned how to eat. While he was still at Abbott, we managed to get a photo of a fleeting grin - it's one of our favorites."

Helen and Gordon Amundson, Pine River, wrote, "These are our four grandkids posed on the big doghouse that belonged to our very large dog, Thor. He is no longer with us, but we have been taking a picture of the kids atop his doghouse since they were tykes. As you can see, we are running out of room on the roof so will have to devise another way to pose them with the doghouse included."
