Alexandria sweeps season series vs. Brainerd

ALEXANDRIA -- Brainerd's Jason Roberts and Jesse Bates each recorded a goal and assist, but it wasn't enough as the Alexandria Cardinals swept the season series from the Warriors with a 3-2 Central Lakes Conference boys' soccer victory Saturday.
"We had two unlucky breaks that led to goals," Brainerd coach David Devine said. "I think we played the best game of our season."
