Tigers blow out WHA 32-0

PINE RIVER - Senior running back Levi Allen carried the ball 25 times for 126 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Pine River-Backus Tigers to a 32-0 Northern Plains Conference victory over the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves Friday.

Quarterback Nathan Holm also scored twice on a pair of 7-yard runs and connected on an 18-yard scoring pass to Mitchell Kline.

Derek Sonenstahl carried 10 times for 80 yards and Russell Burgoyne added 52 yards on eight carries. Holm completed four of six passes for 50 yards.

The Tigers gained 303 rushing yards and 353 yards of total offense compared to WHA's 37 rushing yards and 39 offensive yards.
