CRASH - A crash with no injuries was reported at 9:30 p.m. Thursday in a parking lot on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive.

THEFT - A theft from a vehicle was reported at 9:41 a.m. Thursday on the 7200 block of Glory Road.

Brainerd police

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY - A Brainerd man on the 400 block of Third Avenue reported at 3:17 a.m. Friday that two males broke into his home, demanded money and fled.

LOST/STOLEN - A Brainerd woman reported Thursday that her billfold was lost or stolen somewhere between Grand Casino Mille Lacs and her home.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - An accident without injuries was reported at 11:58 a.m. Thursday at Highways 18 and 25.

An accident without injuries was reported at 11:26 a.m. Thursday at Washington and North Eighth streets after one vehicle was rear-ended by another.

Crow Wing sheriff

CRASH - Deputies responded at 4:44 p.m. Thursday to a motor vehicle accident involving three cars at Highway 210 east of Mill Avenue. Three people suffered minor injuries in the accident. No other information was available Friday.

North Ambulance was sent at 3:15 p.m. Thursday to an accident with possible injuries at County Roads 4 and 18 in Lake Edward Township.

FIRES - Received a report at 4:26 p.m. Thursday of a grass fire at the airstrip south of the Fort Store in Morrison County. Brainerd Fire Department was dispatched to the scene but was canceled when it was learned the fire was in Morrison County.

Report received at 11:26 a.m. Thursday of an engine fire on County Road 30, just west of County Road 32. Deerwood Fire Department was paged.

INFORMATION - A woman living on the 17000 block of Bernard Road reported Thursday that her neighbors are cutting her phone lines when she is sleeping.

A woman living on the 5300 block of Brandon Way called at 8:04 a.m. Thursday to report her child would not go to school. She called back and said the child will go to school.

A man living on the 2000 block of Sleepy Hollow Road reported at 6:06 a.m. Thursday that nearby machinery had been loud all night long and requests deputy speak with workers about it.

Morrison sheriff

ARREST - A 21-year-old Motley man was arrested Friday, Morrison County Sheriff Michel Wetzel reported. The arrest came after the sheriff's office received a complaint of felony level damage to property at the Flatland Truck Repair business in Little Falls Township.

During the night, a Dodge pickup was rammed multiple times with another vehicle. Evidence at the scene indicated a Jeep was involved. The Jeep believed to have been in the crime was stopped later in the day by deputies in Little Falls. Evidence from the vehicle and driver matched the scene and the suspect admitted involvement during an interview with a deputy, the sheriff's office reported.
