The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Terry Lloyd Burkholder, 52, Ironton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $50.

Rodney Arthur Scott, 35, Aitkin, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor issuance of dishonored checks. He was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

Christopher Scott Petersen, 18, Brainerd, was sentenced for theft to 51 days jail and placed on five years supervised probation.

Kirk Lloyd Nelson, 34, Brainerd, was sentenced for two counts of gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to one year jail and fined $100.

Ronald Allen Hass, 21, Deerwood, was sentenced for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 120 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Cynthia Anne Vice, 20, Brainerd, was sentenced for financial transaction card fraud to 15 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

Robert Gregory Evenson, 45, Nisswa, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 14 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $1,000.

Timothy Duane Wagner, 25, Staples, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor giving a false name to a police officer to 35 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $500.

John Robert Rieck, 46, Brainerd, was sentenced for offering a forged check. He was placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Charles David Jackson, 24, Nevis, was sentenced for offering a forged check to 21 months prison.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage consumption or misdemeanor underage possession of alcohol:

John Howard Koons, 19, Riverton, was fined $100.

Brandon Richard Libby, 19, Crosby, was sentenced to 10 days jail, placed on one year supervised probation and fined $300.

Luke John Tate, 19, Deerwood, was sentenced to two days jail and fined $300.

Danielle Christine Pearson, 18, Burnsville, was fined $300.

Scott Curtis Romfo, 21, Blaine, was fined $100.

David Mario Fleischhacker, 20, Brainerd, was fined $100.

Anita Christine Ortquist, 20, Brainerd, was fined $100.

Shoplifting

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting:

Jeremy Clyde Swanson, 28, Aitkin, was fined $65.

Todd Anthony Heikes, 33, Crosby, was fined $300.
