CLC alumni baseball game Sept. 27
The Central Lakes College baseball program will play a game against alumni at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Findorff Athletic Complex.
Batting practice for alumni will be at noon.
Any alumni interested in playing may show up the day of the game or call coach Pat Held (218) 575-2400 or Derek Owen (218) 330-4574 for more information.
Herath to speak to boosters club
Brainerd Warriors cross country coach Dave Herath will be the speaker at the Brainerd Sports Boosters Club meeting, which begins at noon Thursday at the Moose Lodge.
Jimmy Dean is the Warriors Athlete of the Week.
JV tennis plays Apollo
Brainerd won five matches in junior varsity tennis against St. Cloud Apollo Tuesday.
Singles winners were Britt Bostrom and Kylie Halverson.
Doubles winners were the teams of Mara Williams-Nicole Gervenak, Morgan Steffen-Chloe Glassman and Jinna Toft-Kylee Kunde.
