Sarah Janzen and Joe Emery were married April 30, 2005, at First Lutheran Church in Aitkin with Pastor Paul Mattson and Father John Fleischhacker officiating.
Parents are Hugh and Debbie Janzen, Joni and Tom Schauer and Jerry Emery.
The bride's attendants were Heidi Croatt, Jessica Janzen, Kristen Burgstaler, Jessica Schlegel and Lainey Sandberg. Junior bridesmaids were Elizabeth Janzen and Hannah Janzen. Flower girl was Grace Janzen. Personal attendants were Alyssa Ritter and Briana Croatt.
The groom's attendants were Gary Wersal, Jeff Emery, Joe Wasko, Chris Morano and Jeff Solsvig. Ring bearer was Izaac Janzen. Ushers were Steve Janzen, Chris Hagman, Adam Janzen and Donald Wiebusch.
A reception and dance were held in the Pine Room at Gary's in Ironton.
The bride graduated from Aitkin High School. She is employed with the Aitkin School District.
The groom graduated from Aitkin High School. He is employed with Charter Communications.
The couple is at home in Glen.
