McGREGOR - The shooting deaths of two men and a woman early Saturday morning around a campfire in Shamrock Township, about nine miles north of McGregor, appear to be a double murder-suicide, said Aitkin County Sheriff Scott Turner.

3 Aitkin County shooting deaths investigated
The Aitkin County Sheriff's Department is investigating the shooting deaths of three people whose bodies were found around a campfire early Saturday morning in Shamrock Township, about nine miles north of McGregor.
"We're all in this thing together. I know everybody likes to assign blame and put it somewhere. Everybody needs to do a better job."
