Stabbing victim remains in satisfactory condition

WALKER -- Justin Moshier, the 18-year-old Walker man who was stabbed numerous times at a party Saturday northeast of Walker on the Leech Lake Reservation, remained in satisfactory condition Tuesday at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo, N.D.

The Cass County Sheriff's Department said a 15-year-old boy is in custody for the stabbing of Moshier and another 15-year-old Walker boy, James Wehaus, at the party. Formal charges are pending with the Cass County attorney's office.
