ELK RIVER - Elk River defeated the Brainerd Warriors 3-0 in a Section 8-2A boys' soccer matchup Saturday night.

The Warriors managed just two shots on goal while Elk River booted 12.

Brainerd keeper Matt Sather stopped four shots in the first half and five in the second.
