Cardinals cruise to victory

BARRETT - Staples-Motley quarterback Alex Jansson ran for three touchdowns and threw for two more in a 43-0 Heart O'Lakes Conference win over West Central.

Tanner Roberts caught touchdown passes of 38 and 11 yards as the Cardinals accumulated 448 yards of total offense. The running game accounted for 341 yards with Jansson gaining 119 on 11 carries.

S-M's defense held the Knights to 54 total yards. West Central had 25 rushes for -9 yards.
