Warriors edge Eagles in OT

ST. CLOUD - Becca Gervais broke a 1-1 tie with 3:20 remaining in overtime as the Brainerd Warriors edged out the St. Cloud Apollo Eagles 2-1 during Thursday's Central Lakes Conference match Thursday.

Victoria Saxum put the Warriors ahead 1-0 with an unassisted goal at the 33 minute mark.

Brainerd's Cami Anderson finished with nine saves.

"We played a good game, fought hard and to win it in overtime feels good for the girls," Warrior coach Sara Rojas said.
