WESTON, Wis. - Ronald L. Russom, 60, 1703 Rossenbach St., Weston, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, at his home unexpectedly.
Ron was born July 12, 1947, in Broken Arrow, Neb., to the late Neil and Martha (Heinz) Russom. He was a U.S. Marine having served two tours of duty in Vietnam. Ron was self-employed as a computer technician. He enjoyed reading, working on computers, riding motorcycles and spending time with his German shepherd, Zeus.
Survivors include son, Joseph (Alayne) Russom, Neenah, Wis.; daughter, Sarah Russom, Chicago; grandchildren:, Sydney, Jared and Haley Russo; brothers, Ric (Mary) Russom, Superior, Wis., Brian Russom, Amherst, Wis., Mike (Brenda) Russom, Duluth, Minn., Vaughn (Julia) Russom, Superior, Wis.; sisters, Christine Russom, Duluth, Minn., Charlene (Greg) Utyro, Superior, Wis., and Mary Russom, Superior, Wis.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007, at the Brainard Funeral Home, 522 Adams St., Wausau. Deacon Bob Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Superior, Wis. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
