'Cuyuna Country' submission deadline Oct. 31

CROSBY -- The submission deadline for the book "Cuyuna Country: A People's History, Vol. III" is Oct. 31.

The Cuyuna Country Heritage Preservation Society is accepting stories about churches, service organizations or clubs, businesses, families and other information.

Volume III is the final book in the series and will cover the period from roughly the end of World War II to the present. The earlier volumes told the story from early settlers to the end of the war.
