Comedian Gallagher to perform at Mille Lacs

ONAMIA -- Comedian Gallagher, famous for pulverizing watermelons and other foods with his trademark Sledge-O-Matic, will perform at 7 p.m. Oct. 19 at Grand Casino Mille Lacs.

Gallagher is renowned for showering his audiences with the pulverized remains of fruits and vegetables, cottage cheese, cake and watermelon. Show-goers often come prepared, wearing raincoats and goggles and carrying umbrellas. Gallagher has been entertaining audiences for nearly 30 years.
He looks at the humor and absurdity in daily life, and says the truth is so funny he doesn't have to make anything up.
