Area players in Showcase

Tate Rusk and Reid Mimmack, both of Brainerd, and Ben Otto of Pequot Lakes will be among more than 100 Minnesota natives who will play in the North American Hockey League Showcase Tournament Sept. 15-18 at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine.
Rusk plays for the Coulee Region Chill in the NAHL, Mimmack for Springfield and Otto for the Owatonna Express.
Each of the league's 26 teams will play four regular-season games during the Showcase.
