LONG PRAIRIE -- Explosive devices were detonated in two residential mailboxes Thursday in Fawn Lake Township in Todd County, near Philbrook.
The Todd County Sheriff's Department reported the devices caused damage to the mailboxes, but no one was injured. The houses were located on 335th Avenue and 400th Street.
Calls to Todd County Sheriff's investigators weren't returned this morning. The sheriff's department didn't report what sort of explosive devices were used. It was unknown if the incidents were related, the sheriff's department reported in a news release.
No arrests have been made. Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to contact the Todd County Sheriff's Department at (320) 732-2157.
Philbrook is located about five miles southwest of Motley on Todd County Road 28.
