Longville man dies in crash

LONGVILLE - A 72-year-old Longville man died after the vehicle he was in rolled over at about 3:45 p.m. Friday on Cass County Road 11, about one mile west of Highway 84, the Cass County Sheriff's Department reported.

The victim, Marvin Reynolds, was a passenger in a pickup driven by his son, Michael J. Reynolds, 49, Champlin. The pickup left the roadway and overturned, ejecting Marvin Reynolds, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The State Patrol is assisting in the crash investigation.

Michael Reynolds and another passenger in the pickup, Elizabeth Reynolds, 70, Longville, were transported by North Ambulance to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. Information on their conditions was unavailable Sunday.
