JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -- The Jacksonville Jaguars added Mark Brunell to their injury report Friday, listing him as probable after he strained his groin in practice.
Coach Tom Coughlin said Brunell is still scheduled to start Sunday's opener against Indianapolis. The coach, who signed Kent Graham to join rookie David Garrard as a backup, hasn't made a decision on who the backup would be if Brunell's injury gets worse.
Brunell, who has missed only two games over the last three seasons, initially sprained the groin Wednesday. He practiced Thursday but was held out Friday.
Also added to the injury report was safety Donovin Darius, who is still having problems with an ankle he sprained in the preseason. Darius was listed as probable, and is also still expected to start.
Defensive end Tony Brackens, who is probable for Sunday's game with a nagging knee injury, did limited work in practice Friday.
