TULSA, Okla. -- Robert S. Jordan, 75, Tulsa, Okla., died Sunday, Aug. 27, 2000, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa after a long illness.
He was born March 2, 1925, in Blackduck to Phillip and Katherine (Simon) Jordan. He was a Brainerd resident for many years. He was a World War II Navy veteran and was also in the Air Force. He was a lifetime member of the VFW. He owned Bob Jordan and Son Concrete in Tulsa until his retirement.
Survivors include his wife, Rebah; a son, Robert Jr., Virginia; a daughter, OIethea Chambers, Las Vegas; two grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Lou Ella Mustonen, Orange Park, Fla., Darlene Watson, Brainerd, and Phyllis Fairbanks, Bemidji.
His parents; two brothers, James L. Jordan and Donald B. Jordan; and his former wife, Lydia, died earlier.
Arrangements were with the Cremation Society of Oklahoma.
