MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The Minnesota Twins will raise ticket prices for 2004 in each seating category except the upper deck general admission area, a bank of more than 10,000 seats that will remain at $6.
Lower deck club seats go from $31 to $35, lower deck diamond view goes from $29 to $33, lower reserved goes from $21 to $23, and upper deck general admission and upper deck club seats go from $14 to $15.
Season-ticket packages reduce the per-game price of each seat, and the Twins will offer a $200 season ticket for the upper deck general admission area that works out to an average of $2.46 per seat.
The Twins' prices will remain far below the major-league average. In 2003, Minnesota's average of $14.40 was second-to-lowest in the American League and below the major-league average of $18.69.
