Hornets sting W-H-A Wolves 5-2

BAXTER - Patrick Trout opened the season for the Lake Region Christian Hornets with three goals and an assist leading to a 5-2 victory over the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves Friday.

Trout tallied all three of his goals in the first half, after LRC had fallen behind 1-0. The first came unassisted and Young Kim assisted on the next two for a 3-1 halftime lead.

Walker scored first in the second half, before Kim scored assisted by Trout. David Jensen completed the scoring for LRC with a direct kick.
