WALKER -- The following recently appeared in Cass County District Court:

Joseph John Bedeau, 35, Walker was fined $100 for fifth-degree controlled substance crime (possession) and placed on five years supervised probation.

Randy Thomas Johnson, 48, Hackensack, was sentenced for a lesser-included gross misdemeanor DWI to 115 days jail and 15 days electronic home monitoring.
