The Gathering 2003
At the 2003 edition of The Gathering, you'll be able to choose a chili, choose a church, enjoy an afternoon of praise music, and witness how the earliest Christians conducted worship. From 1-3 p.m. Sept. 14, the combined churches of Pequot Lakes will host this annual community Gathering outside at the Trailside Center, where neighborhood churches will compete for the outstanding chili recipe, offering up their most creative concoctions to public scrutiny.
Live music will be provided by the new community praise group "For Our God" along with our special guests: The Messianic Congregation of Beth Yeshua Worship and Dance Team from Duluth. Learn about the Hebraic roots of the Christian faith and experience a time of praise and worship with authentic recreations of Israeli and Davidic dance.
