Darlene Palmer and Nancy Morey were winners of the Pine Meadow's women's golf association Ryder Cup game Aug. 30.
The winners shot a 42, followed closely by the second-place team of Judy Johnson and Bette Snyder who shot a 43.
The team of Sandy O'Day and Carolyn Gordon and Ruth Tiedeman and Clary Tollefson shot a 44s for third place.
Fourth place went to Sue Bevans and Bunny Oseland who shot a 46.
The women's association held a fund-raiser on the 14th hole to help fight breast cancer. Winner of a new putter was Nadine Fraki, who was closest to the pin on No. 14. The women raised $525 for the fight against breast cancer.
The game of the night for the couples golf league at Pine Meadows was best ball with handicaps.
Winners of the event with a net 29 were Bunny Oseland-Gary Peterson, Edie Ramp-Rusty Ramp and Darlene and Harold Palmer.
Couples golf meets next Friday with a 4:30 p.m. tee time.

Mary Hasselberg of Staples finished second in the girls' 16-18-year-old division of the Minnesota PGA Junior golf Association's Players Cup at the Somerset Country Club Aug. 9.
Hasselberg finished three strokes behind Erica Dahl of Fargo. Justin Heitkamp of Brainerd shot a 77 for 14th place. He was five shots off the pace set by Clayton Rask of Ostego in the boys' 16-18 division.
Shooting an 88 was Travis Wilson of Motley to finish 32nd in the boys' 14-15 division. Josh Dale of Crosslake shot a 98 to finish 57th.

Lincoln Kalenberg of Fergus Falls used a 9 iron to ace the 164-yard 13th hole at the Preserve Golf Course at Grand View Lodge Aug. 29.
Edina's Blair Swiler recorded a hole in one on the 138-yard second hole at the Preserve Golf Course at Grand View Lodge using a 9 iron Sept. 3.
Kathy Devine of St. Paul aced the 83-yard seventh hole at the Classic at Madden's Sept. 2 using an 8 iron.
Adam Ramerth of Minneapolis aced the 145-yard 11th hole at Madden's Pine Beach West course using an 8 iron Sept. 1.
Michael Klaith of Maple Grove aced the 185-yard fourth hole at Golden Eagle using a 3-wood Aug. 30.
