Baxter police

BURGLARY -- It was reported Saturday Quizno's Subs, 411 Edgewood Drive, was broken into.

Brainerd police

THEFT -- Benjamin Hannel, Brainerd, reported the theft of 200 CDs valued at $2,500, and a speaker valued at $100.

ASSAULT -- A 35-year-old Brainerd man was arrested for first-degree assault Monday after trying to run over his neighbor with a vehicle in the 800 block of Quince Street . The man was also arrested on charges of DUI, no insurance, damage to property and illegal plates.

BURGLARY -- It was reported one of the buildings at the BMX track on Highway 25 was broken into. Six two-way radios, two radio chargers, four radios and a speaker were stolen. On a second burglary call to the BMX track a 16-year-old Brainerd male was arrested for third-degree burglary and housed at the Central Minnesota Juvenile Center.

Crow Wing sheriff

BURGLARY -- Calvin Wallin, Nisswa, Sunday reported his garage broken into and all the windows in three vehicles and a tractor were smashed out.

Thomas Thurlow, Nisswa, Monday reported his garage broken into and vehicle vandalized.
