Pierz girls 1st, boys 4th

MAPLE LAKE - Led by sophomore Mariah Hoheisel's third-place finish and junior Sonya Theis' fourth place, the Pierz girls' team claimed honors, while Jake Poster was 17th to lead the Pioneer boys' team to fourth place in Thursday's Maple Lake Invitational.
Pierz's Megan Hoheisel was seventh.
