ONAMIA - Mookwewidamookwe Jessie Clark, 84-year-old resident of Onamia, Minn., formerly of Columbia Heights, Minn., passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at the Mille Lacs Health System in Onamia, Minn. A funeral ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009, at the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Community Center on the Mille Lacs Reservation. Burial will be in the Woodland Burial Grounds on the Mille Lacs Reservation. A visitation will be held on Friday, Sept. 4, 2009, starting at 5 p.m. at the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Community Center. Arrangements are with the Shelley Funeral Chapel of Onamia.
