The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Jason Richard Smith, 30, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Benjamin James Tertin, 24, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Joshua Paul Koenig, 23, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Richard William Koop, 25, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Chad Bogart Lendway, 31, Nisswa, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation. He was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $900.

Thomas Lee Praske, 47, Aitkin, was sentenced for second-degree burglary to 95 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Michael Jon Hagen, 21, Merrifield, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Kari Lee King, 24, Eagle Lake, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor giving a false name to a police officer. She was placed on one year supervised probation and fined $900.

Misty Dawn Lakin, 26, Brainerd, was sentenced for theft by false representation. She was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

John Christian Neville, 21, Brainerd, was sentenced for harassment by repeated phone calls to four days jail, placed on one year supervised probation and fined $100.

Wesley John Hanson Sr., 42, Crosby, was sentenced for obstruction of the legal process. He was fined $100.

Dawn Marie Wakefield, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 90 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Ricky Lee Hughs, 40, Brainerd, was sentenced for first-degree possession of a controlled substance to 92 months prison and fined $50.

Robert Grant Walker, 19, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 10 days jail and placed on five years supervised probation.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage consumption:

Rick Thomas Mertens, 21, Brainerd, was sentenced to 60 days jail and fined $295, to run concurrently with another case.

Brandon Richard Libby, 20, Ottertail, was fined $400 for two counts of misdemeanor underage consumption.

Shoplifting

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting:

Kateri Lynn Boswell, 39, Onamia, was fined $300.
