PROPERTY DAMAGE - Keith Schauer, 10000 block of Eagleview Drive, Monday reported his mailbox damaged.

Corey Lowney, Center Township, Monday reported his "No Trespassing" signs tore down.

THEFT - Todd Caswell, 19000 block of Birchdale Point Road, Monday reported a theft from his vehicle.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - An officer at 11:35 p.m. Monday observed plastic wrap across Knollwood Drive and Timberlane Drive. The officer stopped and took the plastic wrap down.

Brainerd police

ARREST - Officers were dispatched to a report of a fight at 12:37 a.m. Tuesday in an alley on the 700 block of Laurel Street. A 21-year-old man who was a suspect in the fight was arrested for fifth-degree assault a short time later after it was reported he was confused and staggering in yards on the 800 block of South Seventh Street.

CRASH - No injuries were reported after a vehicle struck a pipe in a parking lot on the 400 block of Northeast Washington Street. The crash happened after the driver suffered a seizure.

DISPUTES - Received a report at 8:05 p.m. Monday from a woman in an apartment on the 100 block of Laurel Street who said her neighbor was harassing her, pounding on the wall and yelling from her apartment. Officers determined both women had been drinking and told both of them to cease their behavior.

Received a report Monday from a woman on the 1000 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast who said her neighbor had dumped bleach over a fence and into her yard. The neighbor said he dumped bleach into the woman's garbage in an attempt to get the foul odor to go away. The situation is an ongoing argument between the two for about a year. The officer advised both about harassment restraining orders.

THEFT - Randy Hagen on Monday reported a pot and plant stolen from a grave site at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 17200 Memorial Gardens Road.

It was reported Monday that a license plate was stolen from a vehicle owned by the Salvation Army, 208 S. Fifth St.

Esther Janceck, 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street, Monday reported the theft of 20 western music records and a small wooden stool.
