WALKER -- The following recently appeared in Cass County Court:

Jeffrey Moses Jackson, 23, Walker, was ordered to serve 20 days on sentence to serve for third-degree assault. He must pay $500 cost of prosecution and will be on probation five years. Jackson was ordered to serve another 60 days consecutively after being found in violation of probation he is serving for a lesser included second-degree burglary. He is on probation 10 years for that offense.

Silas Julius Jackson, 23, Minneapolis, was ordered to serve 120 days on sentence to serve for simple robbery. He was fined $200 and ordered to pay $903.86 restitution with co-defendants. He will be on probation 10 years.

Steven Gehard Bakken, 42, Princeton, pleaded guilty to driving after cancellation. He was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and fined $800.
