This clinic is for kindergarten through 12th-graders who are still in need of vaccinations in order to attend school. A parent or legal guardian and a complete shot record is required to accompany the student or shots may not be given. Shots are $5 each; however, no one is denied access due to inability to pay.
If a child has a special medical problem and cannot be vaccinated or if a parent is conscientiously opposed to immunizations, a legal exemption may be sought. For more information, call Margie at 824-1098.
