Christine Marie Benjamin, 29, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor refusal to test to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Michael Jeffery Pflepsen, 48, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

David Benjamin Johnston, 48, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Christina Rose Smith, 25, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor offering a forged check. She was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

Kent Frederick Pikula, 45, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony DUI to 180 days jail, placed on seven years supervised probation and fined $900.
