EDEN PRAIRIE -- Joyce M. Bellefeuille, 64, Eden Prairie, and formerly of Little Falls, died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2000, at home.
She was born Aug. 2, 1936, in Minneapolis to Edward and Marie (Englehart) Kohl. She graduated from Little Falls High School. She moved to Milwaukee, Wis., and worked for a year. She then moved to Minneapolis and worked for the Red Cross. She married Eugene W. Bellefeuille on Oct. 11, 1958, in Little Falls. They lived in Minneapolis until moving to Eden Prairie in 1972. She was a gourmet cook and took French cooking lessons from Julia Child. She was also an interior decorator. She often helped various veterans groups and the St. Jude Medical Center. She was a member of the Little Falls VFW Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Mark, Little Falls, and Dana, Champlin; a daughter, Marie Dragert, Swanville; three grandchildren; and a brother, William "Bill" Kohl, Little Falls.
Her parents died earlier.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at the Shelley Funeral Chapel of Little Falls with the Rev. LeRoy Kremer officiating. Burial will be in the Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today and from noon until the time of services Friday at the Shelley Funeral Chapel of Little Falls.
