Police still investigating burglaries

NISSWA -- The Nisswa Police Department is still searching for the suspects in a string of burglaries of several downtown Nisswa merchants Friday.

Three businesses reported break-ins, and three others reported attempted break-ins.

The three businesses that were broken into were the A & W, Martin's Sport Shop and Rafferty's. Several items, as well as undisclosed amounts of cash were reported stolen, including sunglasses, footwear, knives and clothing.

The police department is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspects connected to the incidents.
