Where in the world is Gary?

In his latest adventure to raise funds for Kinship Partners, Gary Walters and his son, Jackson, are Rollerblading to Washington, D.C.

Check out his progress through Tuesday: The Walters continued their trek across Indiana, with difficult roads working against them but no traffic and a wind at their backs helping out.

Miles traveled: 41 miles.

Total miles traveled: 620 miles.

Total funds raised: $8,166 in donations.

Daily destination reached: West of Fort Wayne, Ind.

Mile musings: "Even with the hot days, and the hard work I know my life is blessed far more than I will ever deserve. Which is another reason why we do this. I have had a great life, great family as a kid and a great family as a father. With that in mind this is one way I can do more for kids who don't have the things kids should have. ... Which is why I am happy and feel honored to do what I am allowed to do for Kinship Partners."
