MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The Minnesota Timberwolves signed former Orlando Magic point guard Troy Hudson to a multi-year contract on Monday, marking the Wolves' first offseason addition.
The addition of Hudson, 26, provides depth at point guard in Minnesota's thin backcourt. The Wolves lost starter Chauncey Billups to Detroit, former All-Star Terrell Brandon is still recovering from knee surgery and Will Avery isn't expected to return.
