SWANVILLE - Ellen M. Peterson, 76-year-old resident of Swanville, Minn., passed away Sunday, Aug. 23, 2009, at Long Prairie Hospital. Funeral service for Ellen will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, 2009, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Swanville, Minn., with the Rev. John Grein officiating. Burial will be at Springbrook Cemetery in Swanville. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday and one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church. Funeral arrangements are with the Shelley-Gibson Funeral Chapel in Swanville, Minn.
