Where in the world is Gary?

In his latest adventure to raise funds for Kinship Partners, Gary Walters and his son, Jackson, are Rollerblading to Washington, D.C.

Check out his progress through Monday: After taking Sunday off, the Walters traveled through Indiana on Monday, with most of the day being a pleasant ride and the last 16 miles being difficult because of rough roads.

Miles traveled: 52 miles.

Total miles traveled: 579 miles.

Total funds raised: $7,816 in donations.

Daily destination reached: West of Plymouth, Ind.

Mile musings: "The last 16 miles of the day were brutal. ... Both Jackson and I were exhausted by the end of the day. We hope tomorrow is smoother on our feet. Now, back to icing my feet in prep (for) Tuesday."
