Training will be conducted this fall. The course will cover the curriculum set forth by the National Ski Patrol. Successful completion of the course will merit certification in Outdoor Emergency Care.

The Nisswa Crazy Days Weightlifting meet was conducted Aug. 14.
Katalin Treumann was named best female lifter; Megan Ripley the best junior women's lifter; and Beth Ripley the best master women's lifter.
Zach Krych was voted the best male lifter; Mitch Otto the best junior men's lifter; and John Dorsher the best master men's lifter.
