SHOOTING COMPLAINT - Donna Dahl, 100 block of Graydon Avenue, at 1:05 a.m. Monday reported hearing a gunshot and people screaming. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anything suspicious.
DRIVING COMPLAINT - Received a report at 10:11 p.m. Sunday of a vehicle traveling with multiple suspects riding in the bed of the truck. An officer stopped the truck at Washington Street and Second Avenue Northeast and cited the driver for allowing unbelted passengers.
THEFT - Maria Chambers, 500 block of West College Drive, Sunday reported the theft of two identical baby seats from her vehicle. Entry into the vehicle was made through windows that were rolled down.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - Kip Johnson, 1000 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast, Sunday reported the gas line cut on his vehicle. The information was forwarded to investigators.
Carol Daniel on Saturday reported her side mirrors broken off her vehicle while it was parked on the 300 block of South Seventh Street.
INVESTIGATION - Received a report of a burglary at 1:33 p.m. Sunday at a residence on the 1000 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast. Police located two subjects, who said they were just looking at the residence and were interested in buying it. The officer advised them to contact a real estate agent next time.
CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a three-vehicle collision at 12:04 p.m. Sunday at Third Avenue Northeast and Washington streets.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:42 p.m. Saturday on the 1700 block of Maple Street.
ARREST - Arrested a 21-year-old man for fleeing on foot, violating an order for protection, false imprisonment and interfering with a 911 call after responding to a report of a physical domestic at 8:50 p.m. Saturday at a residence on the unit block of Nikkohl Road.

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 5:20 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of Dellwood Drive.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:40 p.m. Friday on the 10000 block of Baxter Drive.
UNDERAGE DRINKING - Conducted a vehicle stop at 1:13 a.m. Saturday at College Road and Dogwood Drive and cited a 19-year-old man and 20-year-old man for underage consumption of alcohol, an 18-year-old woman for underage consumption of alcohol and misdemeanor giving a false name to a police officer. Criminal charges are expected against a 16-year-old girl for gross misdemeanor giving a false name to a police officer and driving in violation of an instructional permit.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Gloria Hoheisel, unit block of Crow Wing County Road 45, Sunday reported her basement door kicked in.
Daniel Rhodes, 10000 block of Brighton Point Road, Saturday reported lawn chairs thrown from his deck.
THEFT - Kevin Mikkelsen, 20000 block of Miller Bay Road, Sunday reported a theft of wood from his wood pile.
David Captain, 8000 block of Gladstone Lake Road, Saturday reported the theft of a boat and motor.
ARRESTS - Arrested two 24-year-old men for burglary after a break-in was reported at 4:06 a.m. Sunday at a residence on the 24000 block of Minnesota Avenue in Cuyuna.
PUBLIC ASSIST - Received a report at 12:59 a.m. Sunday of a man passed out in a ditch across from the Blue Goose, 9341 Highway 169 in Garrison. The man was escorted home by the Garrison Fire Department, who were called to assist first responders.
Jane Clarken, 10000 block of Demery Road, Friday reported five railroad ties were placed in her driveway. A deputy assisted her in moving them off the driveway.
PARTY COMPLAINT - Joshua Anderson on Saturday reported driving by a party on the 10000 block of Highway 25 and people threw beer bottles at his vehicle.
