PINE RIVER - Delores Blanchard, age 78, of Pine River, passed away Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008, at Whispering Pines Good Samaritan Center in Pine River.
She was born Feb. 11, 1930, in Flint, Mich., to Fred and Inez Cline.
Delores is survived by her children Inez Arnold (John) of Nisswa, Walter Blanchard Jr. of Pine River, James Blanchard (Chris) of Backus, Sue Kron (Al) of Sioux Falls, S.D., Arthur Blanchard of Jenkins; sister Grace Armstrong of Brainerd; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter William Blanchard Sr. in 1971.
A gathering of friends and family will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26, at the Kline Funeral Home, Pine River.
