CROSBY -- Justiliano "Tony" F. Garcia, age 61, of Crosby, died on Friday, Aug. 22, 2003, at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Emily's Catholic Church in Emily with Father Howard Eisel officiating. Friends may call on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the service time. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
