It would be interesting to get the real story behind the new director of the Senior Center already resigning. By last winter's ridiculous happenings brought about by the board of directors, I would have thought they would have learned from that experience. They certainly cannot dictate or make decisions, which go completely against the wishes of the members. After all, this is the "senior" center. We are fully capable of making knowledgeable decisions and not to be ignored.
Follow-up stories needed
I'd like to request follow-up stories being written on all articles in the Brainerd Dispatch. I don't feel they do a sufficient job in that. One fine example would be when a truck ran into the Half Moon guard rail. It was never listed in the accidents that I'm aware of. I reported this to the editor only to be shunned.
The Dispatch does not report property damage accidents, only personal injury accidents.
