Brainerd Police officers and Brainerd firefighters responded to a an accident in which a car crashed into a house about 5:22 p.m. Sunday on Mill Avenue, near N Street. The vehicle jumped the curb, skipped off a tree and came to rest embedded into the corner of the home. A neighbor said the house did not have anyone living in it. A female passenger in the vehicle was transported by North Ambulance to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. The driver of the car was arrested for DUI. The accident is being investigated.
