Brainerd Sertoma Club elects board members
The Brainerd Area Sertoma (Service to Mankind) Club inducted new board of director members in June.
Mark Korte, Nor-Son, as chairman of the board; LoAnn Reponen, Culligan Water, the new president; Mary Marana, Crisis Line & Referral Service, first vice president; Bill Goers, Cygneture Title, second vice president; Jeff Fitch, Mid-State Refrigeration, third vice president; Karen Munsterteiger, Mid-Minnesota Federal Credit Union, treasurer; Cathe Picek, Confidence Learning Center, secretary.
The board of directors inducted include: Karen Owen, RiverWood Bank; Dale Bolt, Agency One; Scott Fisher, NE Liquor; Sandra Ehrich, Ehrich Appraisals Inc.; Carole Paulson, Carole Paulson Associates; Darren Larson, Lakewood Bank.
The Brainerd Area Sertoma Club is a service organization, whose primary service projects include speech and hearing disorders, sponsoring projects that promote freedom and democracy, youth causes and many other local community needs.

The Brainerd Area Sertoma Club membership is more than 150 members strong and they are instrumental in community projects that include pipe and drape booth set-up for meetings/conventions, Safe Ears programs at the fair and race tracks, gossamer ceilings at the Brainerd Armory and Brainerd High School, American flag presentation throughout the area on patriotic holidays and at the Crow Wing County Fairgrounds and the Sertoma Winter Wonderland at the Northland Arboretum holiday light display.
