Charlotte "Sally" Phelps, 82, Brainerd, passed away on Monday, Aug. 17, 2009, at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd.
Services will be held on Friday, Aug. 21, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Brainerd with Pastor Hans Anderson officiating. Private family burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church.
