Man killed in crash with wayward bull

OGILVIE (AP) -- A Mora man was killed Sunday when the car he was riding in struck a bull near this eastern Minnesota city.

According to the State Patrol, Jamie Persson, 22, was in a car that was northbound on Highway 47, about five miles north of Ogilvie, when it struck the bull.

Persson died at the scene. The driver was hospitalized in Mora with possible neck injuries, and another passenger was flown to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, where he was in critical condition, the State Patrol said.

The crash happened around 1 a.m. The bull was also killed.
